    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to download the 'user identification agent', do the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. go/browse to support.paloaltonetworks.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Log in with your username and password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. look at the list on the right side of the page and then click on 'software'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. scroll down on the software page until you get to the 'User Identification Agent' section&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Click on 'download' next to the version of the user identification agent that you would like to use....this will probably be version 3.0.2 as it is the latest non beta version that is currently available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
