      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our domain administrators have two Active Directory user acounts; a standard 'username' for normal day-to-day tasks, and a 'username_a' for administrative work.&amp;nbsp; Occasionally, PA will pick up the '_a' account when checking group access instead of the standard account.&amp;nbsp; Thes two accounts are permissioned differemtly with restricted access on the '_a' and some more elevated permissions on the standard user account.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone tell me what may be happenig here?&amp;nbsp; I experience this issue myself and it is sporadic, with no pattern to its occurence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software Version: 3.1.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Application Version: 230-873&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help greatly asppreciated,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
