Hi all,

I have a username in my organisation that is domain\john.o'neill and I'm finding that when I try to do a query such as (user.src eq 'domain\john.doe') it's fine, but when I put in (user.src eq 'domain\john.o'neill'). I appreciate that this is because I'm esentially saying (user.src eq 'domain\john.o' ) but with neill' on the end.

Is there a way around this or another way of approaching it? Doubles quotes (") don't work and while I know that having an apostrophe isn't ideal for a user name, it's something I've inherinted.

Any ideas would be greatfully received.

Thanks,

UKRB.

i would suggest creating a case for this issue. while you open a case if you enabled debugging on the web ui and replicate the issue this should provide us with some additional data.

To turn on UI php.debug.log, http(s)://xxxx/debug then click on Debug button.
