Keeping current on blocked websites

What is the best way to keep your blocked websites current? Seems like every day a site is added that needed to be added to the list is there a simple way to keep the list current?

Hello infotech,

We have an option that allows you to point the PA firewall to a dynamic source of URLs to be blocked, and you could schedule the firewall to refresh that list as often as every hour.

Thanks for the documentation after looking at the documenation you sent I am still not sure what it is blocking
