      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am wondering if we can block the up/download of the web-based emails ( e,g, yahoo / hotmail ) i belive we need to block the POST command in the HTTP Header if am not wronge , but i need to know how to achieve it ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Try using the URL without the dots and questionmarks etc. If you want to use them then use the backslash for the special characters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
