    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;mphelan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Lync system is all via the MS cloud, then I would agree you are looking at the exteral to Frontend permissions out of your network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By AD access, do you mean that there is a trust for your internal domain to the MS Azure?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would only require the users have normal AD access internally, the ADFS connector would handle the authentication part as a separate connection between Azure and your own AD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Steven , thanks but I had seen that already, in this case the lync servers are all external , I think Microsoft hosted so I am not sure whether we just treat it as users/Administrator&amp;nbsp; to FrontEnd or do we need additional access from AD domain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never encountered Lync before so am unsure how it operates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
