The easiest way to get around this is to factory reset and configure the panorama again. If this does not fix the issue, please open a case with Support to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done a fresh install of Panorama 4.1.10 and&amp;nbsp; i keep receiving the message 'Failed to generate Panorama server certificate. Devices may not be able to connect.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the possible options i can remember from CLI or GUI but i didn't get any success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced the same problem before? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks sdarapuneni, today i had&amp;nbsp; a GoToMeeting session with a Palo Support engineer and the problem has been solved by overwriting the file where the Panorama serial number is stored by a local backup (root mode).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
