      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi...So you were seeing userIDs in the logs before you made the change?&amp;nbsp; What was the change to the IP range and where did you apply it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing to check is to make sure the security zone(s), where users are found, have enable user identification checked.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the CLI of the PA device, do you see ip-user mappings via command:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; show user ip-user-mapping all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; show user ip-user-mapping ip &amp;lt;x.x.x.x&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mappings will confirm that the agent is communicating to the PA device.&amp;nbsp; Also, please check the traffic log for traffic from those new IP addresses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirmed all of the above.&amp;nbsp; I fixed the problem and no one even touched on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reverse DNS look-up.&amp;nbsp; If you use Windows DNS you have to make sure there is a reverse DNS look-up for the designated IP addresses.&amp;nbsp; Once I set that us the data started filtering in slowly but surely.&amp;nbsp; Riddle solved folks.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
