    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jerry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you have two issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; You have experienced many false positives with some of the BrightCloud URL categorizations, and it takes BrightCloud 24-48 hours to respond and process a URL category change that you submit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; There are also false negatives - ie French adult site is not categorized as "adult" and therefore is not covered by current URL filtering policy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;some of the sites are fasle postivie , and then we report to brightcloud and it takes 24 -48 housrs it. but some adult and pronograph sites can be opened , adult sites with diffrent languages like chinese , italian, russian , japanese , arab etc can be opened . some adult are linked are in social networking sites which cant be filtered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
