Hello Javith,

Currently there is no application on PAN for ERP traffic, however I do see that you have submitted a request already for this application which will be taken care by our engineering team.

In the meanwhile you can use an application override to tell firewall not to do any layer-7 inspection when it sees traffic matching the ports you specify.

Here is a document that tells how to create an app override:

How to Create an Application Override Policy

You may also create a custom application but that may take a lot of efforts and usually app override is an easier option. If you are interested in learning more about creation of custom applications here is a link for the same:Custom Application Signatures

Creation of custom applications falls out of the scope of Support. However you can get assistance from our Devcenter at DevCenter

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Dileep
