we have a profile set up for critical events - there seems to be a TO and CC field but anyone know how to add a 3rd address?

You may have already thought of this, but we created an email Distribution Group in Exchange and just put that email address into the Server Profile section. We can control who gets the mail through AD group membership which is often quicker and allows for more options such as forwarding / copying etc using Exchange rules.

yeh thanks - thought of this already but really just wanted to add a 3rd email without adding a DL

Sorry Sue but your need appears to be a feature request if the DL is not something you'd like to pursue.
