Upload Failed:

Amazon S3 returned an io error: Error #2038.

Hello,

I was able to successfully upload the file to the case management portal.

If not, try using IE or chrome browser.

Also, The maximum file size supported via "upload file" feature is 2GB.

If the file would be of a greater size, the upload would fail.

Do you have any proxy setting in the browser that you are using. Try using a different browser and check if that allows you to upload the file.
