      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;the GP client software will install (v1.1.6) however, keeps connecting and then disconnecting.. seems to only be happening with our HP 6510b 32bit laptops.&amp;nbsp; Any other people experiencing this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems to be an issue with WMI.&amp;nbsp; I reun WBEMTEST and it fails to connect.. anyone else experience this?&amp;nbsp; I tried clearing the repository folder followed by reboot and re-registering all the DLL's.&amp;nbsp; no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
