Hello Sir,

I would recommend you to consult with Palo Alto Networks SE ( Sales Engineer) for support and pricing. He would be the right person to provide all information about our different support programs and pricing details.

Thanks

In general terms, what would be the difference of getting a 3rd party support vs. support straight from PA?

Looks like several pages here at support.paloaltonetworks.com is not accessible when 3rd party support is being used.
