About response page when uploading and downloading.

Hello,

I see repose page with file-blocking when downloading on web-browsing.(http get)

But I can not see it when uploading on web-browsing.(http post)

I see that each two situation receive http 503 code.

But this page does not show me.

Why does it happen?
