model: PA-500
sw-version: 4.0.11
PanAgent: 3.1.2
Domain controller: Windows server 2003

Client SO: Windows XP

User-ID mapping from AD on my customer's network work fine, but only one user, who is logged on his workstation and also on his notebook, sometime loses IP-user association and PanAgent show his IP with user "unknown".

I attach an image with PANAgent Config. How can I debug this problem ? Thanks.

Yes, I have verified all you suggest to do, but it seems that notebook itself doesn't work correctly. My customer decided to reinstall Windows. Thanks, regards.
