You have to allow applications: ms-rdp and also t.120

I know that t.120 is not nessary on 6.x but Tiwara doesn't mention PAN OS version so I thing is better add by hand t.120 because it will working on all versions.

You are correct. Here, we don't know the PAN OS version. PAN OS 5.0 and 6.0 onwards behaviour has been changed for few protocols . How to Check if an Application Needs to have Explicitly Allowed Dependency Apps
