      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there Miguel Angel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either you or the customer will need to register the customer's device on the PAN support site and create a new ID.&amp;nbsp; At the support site, there is a link in the right hand side that says "No account yet? Register".&amp;nbsp; Click that link, add in the customer's contact information along with a login ID and password, and at the bottom of that form, you can put in the serial number of the device they purchased.&amp;nbsp; You and/or the customer should have also received an email with the serial number and authorization codes for the licenses.
