      <title>GlobalConnect is slow to connect</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are having a hard time initiating the connection between the GlobalProtect client and the PAN. It seems every time a user reboots their laptop that the GP loses its configuration. Once it makes the first connection, which takes about 2-4 minutes to connect and pull policy, it's fine. A user and connect again and it will only take a few seconds until the next reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS - We do not use HIP functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
