      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to do the following:- &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right click on 'Computer' &amp;amp; select Manage, then expand 'Services and Applications', then select 'Services'. Scroll down to 'User-ID Agent' &amp;amp; confirm whether a service currently exists. If so, please attempt to re-enter the login credentials, username/password, then attempt to see if you can launch the service. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;add the account that runs the service to the local admin group on the Agent computer (the above step)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;add the account to the "Event Log Readers" and the "Server operators" groups in the Domain &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Parth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got it fixed, I appreciate the help.&amp;nbsp; Issue was that the account used was a regular user account.&amp;nbsp; I changed it to use the local service account and it started working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
