      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey there Gwen,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can go to the objects tab, then click on vulnerabilities,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then select a vulnerability profile that you created or create a new one,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then look for the drop down for the rule type....change it to custom,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will then see the default action appear under the action column.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are looking for a specific vulnerability you can search for it using the "show filter" button on the bottom left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
