Global protect license error

Receiving following error while commit.

No Global Protect Portal license

Vsys1 portal "GP-Portal-Essilor" config "GP-Client-Config" modify gateways cutoff time will not take effect.

Configuring committed successfully.

Customer does not have GP license as Single portal and gateway access GlobalProtect does not require GP license.

Please inform what could be the reason of such error?

It was working till around 20th Dec 2014 without any issues and after that it stopped working.

Are you suer GP is not working after that ? this is fixed with an update and not important, only a warning.

Hi Tac.in,

for Single portal and gateway not require the license.

configure only need to below screen

for Portal you need to configure portal conf & client conf.

For Gateway as well general and client configuration

Modify gateways cutoff time only for multi gateway.

This issue has been fixed PAN OS 6.0.3 onward. But, this would not cause to stopped working the GP.
