      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you referring to the class 1 traffic? It is due to the hardware adjustment factor. You will usually notice that the bandwidth can go a megabit or 2 above the limit when the limit tends to be near 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Benjamin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
