Ok, that explains almost empty WF logs on device. Thanx.

But I'm still missing a lot of WF entries on online WF portal.

I'm having problems with Wildfire logs on one device (PAN-OS 6.1.6). In Data Filtering logs I can see many files being either uploaded to WF or skipped recently. But in WF logs I only see some old files marked as 'malicious'. I don't have any filter set. I also checked logs via CLI and the result is the same: just some old files marked as malicious. I also checked logs on online WF portal for this device and i have a 3rd version of logs: there are all the old events already seen in WF logs, there are also some recent logs marked as benign and grayware. But even here there are many events missing.

So basically i have incosistent logs in WF online portal, WF logs on device and Data Filtering logs on device.

I have checked WF registration and it's fine. I've also checked traffic logs for WF uploads and I see many succesful sessions.

Anyone had similar problem?

Did you make sure you have "Report benign files" option enabled under Device>Setup>Wildfire?
