On-Site-Spare (OSS) revert License

Dear all,

Pls help me

I transfered license to Spare device for PAN-OS upgrade, now I can not revert the license back to Primary device, is there any suggestion for me in this case?

I think only PA support can help with that. So open a case asap.

Once you trigger RMA and transfer licenses PA expects you to send them the original 'broken' appliance.

You can't.

Please check with support to change your original device into an OSS.
