Hi ,

Downloading like large files continously failing , when bypass it seesm to be ok ?

How could i start an investigation ?

Hello,

I usually start with the logs:

Check all three logs, traffic, threat, url filtering.

See when the connection stopped.

If this doesnt answer it for me, I'll grab a PCAP of the transfer and see if that tells me anything, i.e. resets, duplicates, etc.

Try creating a wide open rule from that particular source to the destination don't apply any profile. Keep application, service any and test whether the transfer is complete.
