      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually start with the logs:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check all three logs, traffic, threat, url filtering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See when the connection stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this doesnt answer it for me, I'll grab a PCAP of the transfer and see if that tells me anything, i.e. resets, duplicates, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try creating a wide open rule from that particular source to the destination don't apply any profile. Keep application, service any and test whether the transfer is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
