Report User activity and Custom not show apps and traffic info

Hi, we are generating user activity reports and custom reports, and in the TRAFFIC colum and APPs colum we cant see anything. We PA is not taking/showing this kind of info in reports????

Version is PA 5.0.11

Yes it shows application in repots.

Can you send screenshot of your report configuration?

Don't have v5 around to test.

Any reason you don't run newer version?
