PA 200 is a firewall. I has almost all functionality that other higher end box support.

no, the PA-200 is the only model that doesn not support HA2 interfaces required for state synchronization, so a failover will not be stateful.

The Virtual PA also does not do stateful failover. Hopefully, this will be added soon.
