how can a subnet published there:

can end up "unknown" ?

132.245.193.37 got blocked, no more Skype video calls (ouch).

Unfortunately we can't process URL filtering change requests though the community forum

You can submit bulk change requests through the Palo Alto Networks urlfiltering page or open a ticket with support

Hi,

I did but it was only for a specific address. How can one have all declared MS subnets not to end in "unkown" category?

It would be nice if Palo would do it as MS services are widely used.

But we are currently writing a script that pulls those IP's from MS site and creates list to pull into fw with Dynamic Block List functionality.
