Global Protect disallow connections from Open WiFi

Is there a way to configure Global Protect to disallow connectinos from an Open Wifi network. Could a HIP Object that could detect this?

Offtopic but you would prefer your users to use unsecure wireless network to browse around over securely connecting with GlobalProtect and filter their traffic on perimeter?

Point well taken. This originated from a customer request. I think the idea is to force remote workers to use Home WiFI and Mobile hotspots only. I'm sure this could be accomplished using other methods ; however, I was just curious if Global protect could be configure to accomplish this.
