I jumped to 7.0.3 when it came out and there were many issues with SSL decryption. I upgraded to 7.0.4 the moment it came out and all has been great since. There has been another thread going about the SSL problems for the past couple months, and I finally agree with the production ready comment.

Just wondering if people have finally bit the bullet and updated to 7.0.4.

I'm still on 6 at the moment just waiting for the right version with minimum bugs that people are willing to use. I'm not using Panorama or SSL decryption so I'm getting tempted. Not sure if I should wait until 7.0.5 though.

The safest choice is 6.1.8

But the 7.0.4 version is the first version in the 7.0.x serie that is "production ready"

At this moment whe have 3 production firewalls running 7.0.4 for 15 days now.

2 low traffic and 1 medium ~150 - 250 Mbit concurrent egress traffic

Running pandb / full threat protection and SSL decryption in and outbound.
