Set user ID issue

Hi..All

I have a problem with the user ID.
A year ago, I have configured the MS Active Directory and user ID.
Today I found that the user ID does not work properly.
I was just checking the problem IP- user-mapping count is zero,but the number of IP- user-mapping-MP is normal.
Is it for some reason the other information? And why is that management plane data do not reflect dataplane of data ??

Currently has the control by using the IP Address without a user ID.

Please help.

Possibly you are experiencing the same thing.
