is it possible to move policies up and down with Keyboard?

Try following command

PA>configure

PA# move rulebase security rules test ?

@rkra, If you are asking about how you cam move the rules down or up via a Keyboard command while using the WEBGUI, then there might be a way.

#1. You can highlight the rule by clicking on the number of the rule. Then you can choose the "move" option at the bottom of the screen. At which time you can use your keyboard up and down arrows to select the "Move Top, Move Up, Move Down, Move Bottom" Options". Press enter when done.

#2 Not by Keyboard, but you can always click on the rule with the mouse to highlight it, and then you can left click and drag the rule in between another rule to move it:

Or you can use the CLI command that was provided to move the rule.
