    <description>&lt;P&gt;We experinced this too. I suspect you are&amp;nbsp;sending multiple users out to the internet behind one address and if you look at the reply traffic you will see it getting dropped at the NAT ip. Our firewall team suggested the group looking to use Lifesize to get in contact with the vendor to assist with resolution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, im having problem with videoconference LIFESIZE, the calls work but we cannot see the video. We have a rule any any permit and we dont know whats happening. I read about disable statefull packet inspection in our firewall. how can i do this in PA??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try doing a static one-one NAT. This is possibly because of NATing. You have to use a new dedicated public IP address for you internal server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
