I was wondering if it's possible to share physical interfaces between two virtual systems , each virtual vsys will also need
to be able to use sub iterfaces for vlans .

So If I have 2 aggregated intefaces , can I create 10 subinterfaces and assign 5 subinterface to each ? don't we need to add the physical interfaces ?

Yes you can assign subinterface to different vsys. Physical interface can be in different vsys no problem in that.
