      <description>&lt;P&gt;If threat license expires then it still looks for threats and viruses but will not pull new signatures.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you use PAN-DB URL filtering then it will keep on going with data it has in cache but will not update from cloud new sites.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you use Brightcloud then you either allow all or block all - if license expires then no further categorization is done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Wildfire subscription will expire then you fall back to capability to upload only PE (Windows executables) files to the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
