      <description>&lt;P&gt;Telnet feature is disabled from PAN-OS 5.0.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is description on release note:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The telnet command is no longer available in the PAN-OS CLI.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check the connectivity for mail, you can use 'Send test mail' which is under&amp;nbsp;Monitor tab &amp;gt; PDF Reports &amp;gt; Email Scheduler.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be sure, you configure email profile under Device tab &amp;gt; Server Profiles &amp;gt; Email before you try to send test mail.&lt;/P&gt;
