Hi,

Just want to float this out in the community to see if anyone has expirienced same issue. We have a production PA-200 at one of our sites with Local admin account and AD intergration, the preferred login is using the our AD accounts and last week that stopped working not sure why. We then tried to login using the local Admin account and could not either. After several attempts without much joy, we now had to factory reset the box and provisioned it agian from begining.

I just wanted to find out if this has happened to anyone and if they are willing to share their expirience with us.

Thanks

Did you configured Authenticaition Sequence , well once we were upgarding our ACS servers, at that time we had no issues in login to firewall using local credentials. I believe Athentication Sequence was not working with you.

Cheers
