Hello

I'm using BrightCloud URL Filtering (at the moment I have 4792 version on my device). I'm started testing this functionality (security policy with url filtering in monitor mode).

In Monitor tab in URL filtering section I see:

How it's possible that DropBOX and MSN are in unknown url category?

I did as is stated in this manual.

Today i see

BC URL DB access counters:
Total requests: 14754 (24% unknown)
DB file lookup hit: 2061, miss 446, total 2507
cache lookup hit: 9330, miss 2507
cache insert 2507, replace 0, total size: 1000000
cache enabled: yes

admin@PA-200> show system setting url-filtering-feature

cfg.url-feature.basedb-cache: True
cfg.url-feature.bloom-filter: True

and in monitor logs

msn.com unknown

piekielni.pl unknown

Do I miissed something?
