How to add a device serial number to Panorama through the CLI?

I see how you can replace an existing serial number with a new one through the CLI but can find nothing on how to just add a new device serial number to Panorama through the CLI. Anyone done this before or have an idea?

replace device old <> new <>

But I am not replacing an old device. I am just adding new. I tried just leaving out the old but it won't accept that command.

To add a new device from cli do as following:

Panorama>configure

Panorama#set mgt-config devices <>

set mgt-config devices <> ==> this is the command.
