my OneDrive for Business get block

I try setup a policy to allow traffic for OneDrive for Business. but the traffic all just incomplete. My PAN os is 7.0.1, I allowed all onedrive, sharepoint, sharepoing online, office365, ssl and web browsing, but still cannot communicate with onedrive, all traffic show incomplete.

do you have any idea.

Hi Bin,

Can you post your policy and logs for one drive traffic, please. App incomplete usually problems with 3way handshake.

Also make sure all app dependency are allowed:

Does this work for one drive

i can still login with my person email ID.

@msandhu @nasingh does this still work ?

i tried using HTTP insertion but that doesn't work as well for onedrive.
