PAN-200 CLI - limited commands

i`m trying to troubleshoot some vpn tunneling connection drops
so i logged to the CLI execute some commands to troubleshoot the VPNs

test vpn ike-sa gateway
show vpn ike-sa gateway
test vpn ipsec-sa tunnel

none of this command exist even in configure mode

PAN-200
PAN-OS-7.1

any ideas?

You are not typing complete command. Use ? or pres tab twice to get avail options.

test vpn ike-sa gateway <name>

show vpn ike-sa gateway <name>
test vpn ipsec-sa tunnel <name>

as you can see in the screenshoot

i did type "?" and used tab compilation

still dont have any commands as test, find, show etc

only configure

I've seen the same issue on some cases after the PA-200 upgraded to PAN-OS 7.1.1.

In those cases the device was also experiencing other issues.

Are you still able to log into the web-GUI ? Is the device still passing traffic normally ?

Eitherway I recommend that you open a case with support to identify the root cause.
