Hi

We are trying to test the GlobalProtect client , we have version 2.3.3 but does not make the SSO in a Windows 10 machine with x64 version 1511 i 1607. Do you know if this is a known issue that is solved in a later version ? Or should function?

The firewall is a PA-3020

PanOS: 7.1.3

Thank you.

Hi,

If you select sign-in options on the log in page, can you select the global protect icon and then log in? Worth a try.

hope this helps,

Ben

I have a support ticket open for this. It's causing my users pain because when you install the client and the next time the user goes to login to their machine it fails until they click on "sign-in options" and then select the Windows domain. So far support is telling me they can not replicate the issue.
