Domain missing from username in captive portal user logs

when user enter their user login in captive portal and using LDAP authentication

it looks as "username" missing the domain name while the policy for user is "domainname\username"

so the policy isn't working

I can't add the domain name to the username

the authentication is accepted but ib logs it shows as username not domain\username

so the policy is not applied

Is the domain included in the authentication profile for the Captive Portal?
