I have a case open, and they told me to "debug software restart process sslvpn-web-server", which I did. About half an hour later the management plane restarted itself, so I can see everything in the web pages again. I'm just trying to figure out what is causing this.

Over the past two days we have been having trouble with the web interface on a 3020. It is really slow, and no logs or anything show up (logs still go to Panorama.) After a few minutes the webpage will start throwing errors like "unable to connect". Then we get these system alerts:

appweb: exiting because service missed too many heartbeats

Also our monitoring tool has noticed that memory usage has gone from 41% to 73% in the past 4 days.

It looks like a hung service that appweb is trying to connect with, but I can't figure out which one. Any Ideas?

have you tried restarting the management plane ( > request restart software) or rebooting the firewall (> request restart system) or possibly upgrading the firewall ?

if none of this helps you may want to reach out to support so they can investigate
