    <description>&lt;P&gt;You could confirm the DNS theory by seeing what the resolution of the FQDN is on the firewall when disconnected and if that matches the current server address or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are using dns name for user id and terminal server agents in firewall configurtaion like below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="fqdn.png" style="width: 500px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/6956i2768B9CD29B280B7/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="fqdn.png" alt="fqdn.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However intermittelnly we are seeing red light on firewall and while checking directly on terminal server agent software, the firewall connection is vanished.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried restaring services from server side. but no help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We suspect if something changes from dhcp ( like dhcp lease expires ) the issue occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All these servers gets IP from DHCP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does any one face issue for this. Cant we use hostname in user id terminal server fileld, Is it advaisable t use IP only&lt;/P&gt;</description>
