topic Topology of Panorama in General Topics

Hello,

What type of topology does Panorama use? For e.g. if we have 4 FWs A,B,C,D then will each be connected separately to Panorama? If so, will there be overhead issue? What if B,C & D are connected to A and A is connected to Panorama? How to access B/C/D if A is unreachable?

Thanks in Advance.

I'm not sure I follow your question. But Panorama is a management application server and not part of your network topology or traffic patterns.

Each firewall under management has a connection to Panorama for the purpose of sending logs to the platform and receiving configuration changes from the platform.

But from a traffic perspective, Panorama is not in the loop at all. And further, there is no dependancy of the firewalls working for traffic patterns of Panorama being up and active.
