A quick browsing is showing that I'm also seeing that as UA however that block is correctly delegated as FR and is listed correctly in ARIN.

I have a set or rules that block access to some IP depending of their geo location. The problem is that an is is incorrectly geo located by the palo alto.

IP is 91.194.60.7, located in France, and Palo Alto locate it in Ukraine !!!

Is there a way to fix it on my side, or is there a way to ask a fix to palo team, as for URL category change ?

Also, don't ask for a URL Category change unless it's improperly labled. The URL category has nothing to do with the IP addresses location.

Of course i won't ask for a url reclassement. My question was to find if there is an equivalent service to url reclassement

but for IP relocalization

you can create a custom geo location to address this issue temporarily

but I would recommend you reach out to support to have this verified and fixed in the backend
