Better yet after thing i assume I just coud create a DG fro my offshore boxes and when I need to push policy to them we can would just push to that particluar DG adn it will have no beaaring on the other DG's since there are no shared objects????

IS it possible to create a device group in Panorama yet make to where it when configs are pushed to Device group it doesnt affect any other device groups and cause out of sync? Bascially I want to manage off shore device in Panorama but when config is pushed we only push to the off shore devices with as if they were only pair in panorama.

You can create different device groups and isolate as much as you want. When creating objects, just make sure they are only created in the specific device group (offshore/local, etc) and don't select 'Shared'. If they are shared, then they will get pushed to all DGs when you do a commit.

Based on what it sounds like you want to accomplish, creating different DGs is probably the easiest way to do it.
