How can you disable SSL decrypt on Skype for Business traffic or all audio/video conferencing?

Maybe you can create a SSL Decryption bypass policy and use the IP address ranges or FQDN range for Skype Business as destination

@ZEBIT I would use the FQDN instead of the listed IP ranges for Skype on the URL Cateogry. It's a safer bet that you will actually process the traffic that you are looking to capture. As far as not decrypting all audio/video conferencing I'm not sure how you would get around that one.
