      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1006"&gt;@ZEBIT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would use the FQDN instead of the listed IP ranges for Skype on the URL Cateogry. It's a safer bet that you will actually process the traffic that you are looking to capture. As far as not decrypting all audio/video conferencing I'm not sure how you would get around that one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
